The reclining Buddha in Bangkok.
One of the most famous attractions in Bangkok is definitely the reclining Buddha. Obviously I couldn't miss seeing it and photographing it. Despite its grandeur, and the fact that it is covered in gold, it is the details that are most impressive: the hair (which I will write a separate post about), and the feet (and toes). Equally famous is the path of bowls, behind the statue, in which you have to insert a coin without missing any to have good luck.

Wat Pho is a Buddhist temple complex located in the Phra Nakhon District of central Bangkok, Thailand. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Palace.
