One of my favorite meat dishes: grilled fillet. I have to say that there was a tad too much garlic, I think due to the marinade, but still not bad.

The fillet is a type of cut of meat, mainly beef but also pork or other animals (e.g. game such as hare or deer), coming from the lumbar area of ​​the animal.
