Grilled fillet on the ship.
One of my favorite meat dishes: grilled fillet. I have to say that there was a tad too much garlic, I think due to the marinade, but still not bad.

The fillet is a type of cut of meat, mainly beef but also pork or other animals (e.g. game such as hare or deer), coming from the lumbar area of the animal. By analogy, the term “fillet” is also used with reference to the more tender parts of the meat of chicken or other edible birds, namely those around the “keel” or sternal crest (protruding cartilage) of the breast or those of the boneless thigh (“thigh fillet”).
