Gunkan Tobiko: A very picturesque type of sushi

Gunkan Tobiko: A type of boat-shaped sushi.
It is one of the main types of gunkan, a type of boat-shaped sushi, with fish eggs (unfortunately I cannot tell which fish is in the photographed dish) and a sheet of nori seaweed.
Very nice to look at and to taste.

The restaurant is the now classic, for me, Spazio Sushi in Genoa, mainly because it is located right in front of my temporary workplace.

I also found a very interesting site about sushi: sushitalia.com.

Sushi is a typical Japanese cuisine dish made of rice with other ingredients such as fish, seaweed, vegetables or eggs. The filling can be raw, cooked or marinated and can be served on top of rice, rolled in a strip of seaweed, arranged in rice rolls or inserted in a small pocket of tofu.
