Gunkan Tobiko: A type of boat-shaped sushi.
It is one of the main types of gunkan, a type of boat-shaped sushi, with fish eggs (unfortunately I cannot tell which fish is in the photographed dish) and a sheet of nori seaweed.
Very nice to look at and to taste.

The restaurant is the now classic, for me, Spazio Sushi in Genoa, mainly because it is located right in front of my temporary workplace.
