Aperitivo in Liguria, olive e focaccia sono un must.
Prendendo un aperitivo in Liguria difficilmente ti sommergono di cosine da mangiare. Se sei fortunato però ti danno il giusto.
Come in questo caso qualche tempo fa a Savona: olive miste (tra cui delle ottime taggiasche), tre pezzettini di focaccia e qualche verdurina cruda. La bevanda era un ottimo mojito di cui ho già inserito la foto qualche tempo addietro.
Non c’è sempre bisogno dell’esagerazione per essere felici.
