Vigneti verso Trigoso.
Da alcuni anni l’aspetto delle tenui colline che vanno verso la chiesa di Trigoso (Riva trigoso) è cambiato.
Ora infatti si vedono dei bei vigneti ordinati. Come vi spiego in seguito a questo articolo i vigneti sono della cantina Bisson.
Un panorama insolito (non che non si coltivi la vite dalle nostre parti) pensando che tutti quelli che avevano un po’ di terreno, negli anni passati, coltivava un po’ di uva per autoprodursi qualche bottiglia, o damigiana, di vino per il proprio consumo.

I vigneti sono quelli della cantina Bisson che da alcuni anni sta facendo crescere le vigne nel Sestrese. Famosissimo il suo Spumante Abissi, uno spumante classico affinato in bottiglie sul fondo del mare sestrese.
