A beautiful fiammenghilla of pasta with scampi.
Pasta with scampi and, in particular spaghetti, always drive me crazy.
I ate these a few days ago at home and this time the chef was not the excellent Loris but the equally talented Emma.
I like them red, in the sense that I like the sauce made with plenty of tomato (purée).
A fairly simple dish to prepare if you know a little about cooking.
Price of the dish about 12 euros (that's how much the scampi cost, enough for two people).
