Cheeseburger con bacon fatto in casa.
Io sono pazzo per gli hamburger. Quando posso me ne mangio sempre uno.
Il mio preferito poi è con formaggio e bacon (cheeseburger).
Questo l’ho fatto a casa io ed oltre ad essere molto gustoso è anche molto semplice da preparare:
Un paio di svizzere (gli hamburger veri e propri), due fettine di bacon (era pancetta affumicata comprata in un alimentari rumeno della zona), un paio di sottilmente (ci andrebbe il cheddar ma non mi va di comprarne un pacchetto se poi non lo mangio tutto), cipolla e abbondante ketchup e senape.
Era talmente alto che ho dovuto tagliarlo per poterlo mangiare:
