Octopus Galician style at home.
There are already several posts about octopus Spanish style. This time it is different because the dish was made at my house.
First I boiled the octopus (a nice fresh octopus); separately I also boiled a potato. Then I cut everything into slices, moistened with local olive oil and sprinkled with paprika and salt (coarse salt would have been needed but I used fine salt).
And there you have it.
