Where is the Market located:
Today, the Mercado Central brings together almost 400 small traders, mobilizing 1,500 people a day. It is the largest center in Europe dedicated to the specialty of fresh products; and the first market in the world that has faced the challenge of computerizing sales and home delivery since October 2, 1996. The Central Market sells all types of food such as fish, seafood, fruit, meat and cured meats for internal consumption and to supply important restaurants in Valencia.
