Lobster risotto tasted in Greece.
Yesterday I managed to go out for lunch in Mykonos and I enjoyed a good risotto with lobster sauce.
A little too many vegetables for my taste but still very good.

The Mediterranean lobster (Palinurus elephas Fabricius, 1787) is a crustacean of the order Decapoda that lives on the seabed of the Mediterranean Sea and the eastern Atlantic Ocean.
It has a medium-large size with an average length of 20–40 cm and a maximum of 50 cm and a weight of up to 8 kg. The body is sub-cylindrical in shape, covered with an armor that changes several times during growth to recreate a new one.
