Un piatto di pasta al pesto e muscoli.
Un tipo di pasta veramente insolito per me: il pesto con i frutti di mare mangiato a Palermo.
A dire la verita’ non erano male, considerando che gli ingredienti, preparati dal cugino del mio amico Antonio, erano freschissimi ed il tutto cotto alla perfezione!
Probabilmente da riproporre.
