Boiled crab in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Boiled crab in Vietnam.
I discovered that in the Ho Chi Minh area (Saigon) one of the best dishes is crab cooked in all sorts of ways.
In the place where I went to eat them, they chose them, weighed them for you and cooked them as you wished.
In addition to soup and rice (in which they usually only use the claws), they also prepared them boiled.
They were quite big but above all very tasty.
If you were to go, look for restaurants that prepare them.

If by chance you haven't discovered it yet, on this site, there is a nice section with lots of recipes; they are written partly by Loris, partly by Luca and international with the Asian cuisine of Dao.
I want to give you some advice for shopping: to prepare Asian rice I normally use this rice cooker, to cut this knife set Victorinox and Asian foods are almost always served in these bowls in ceramic.
