Noodles with beef in Vietnam.
A very simple and not very original dish but I liked to eat it every now and then.
I don't like vegetables so when I ordered it everyone looked at me strangely...
In fact it's not a great dish: the noodles are almost always the pre-cooked ones in the jar and only a little bit of meat is added. The vegetables (in this case morning glory and carrots) are just beautiful.
