Non e’ sempre facile trovare cibi da fotografare specialmente quando l’ingrediente principale e’ sempre lo stesso: il gambero.
Questo piatto, gustato in quel di barbados, era un pochino insolito (non il solito gambero al cocco) per questa ragione sono contento di averlo immortalato!
Anche il piatto era ben imbastito con una bella decorazione floreale.
Il gusto non era un granche’: i gamberi piccoli piccoli e troppo aglio…

Il nome volgare gambero identifica varie specie di crostacei acquatici appartenenti prevalentemente all’ordine dei Decapodi (Astacidea, Penaeoidea, Caridea ecc.) e marginalmente agli ordini degli Euphausiacea (krill), degli Stomatopoda (canocchie), dei Mysida e degli Amphipoda.
