The interior of the Santuario delle Grazie.
I had never been to the church of the Grazie, above Chiavari, and I must say that it is truly a splendid example of Ligurian art.
Its beautiful frescoes (by Teramo Piaggio and Luca Cambiaso) in addition to the hundreds of ex votos present in the chapel in front of the main entrance.

According to in-depth studies on the current structure, the various phases that led to the architectural evolution of the building followed a precise and logical choice of "aggregation", in the sense that the structure underwent various modifications over the centuries without the classic method of "superposition", a common phenomenon of other religious buildings in the Chiavari area and in the Ligurian territory, especially in the Baroque reinterpretations.
