Bun thit nuong: grilled pork with noodles.
A very typical cold dish of Vietnam with rice noodles and pork.
The dish is very simple and garnished with some sweet and sour vegetables and some toasted peanuts.
Good for my taste too and if it were hot it would be even better for me!
I don't remember the place where I tasted this dish and, since it is not typical of a particular region, it doesn't make me remember where I was.
