A simple vegetable puree dish.
I certainly can't say that I'm a vegetable lover but at least I have to say that I like them.
I'd like to avoid pureeing them but if they're in pieces I can't.
However, the result is good all the same.
A drop of cold extra virgin olive oil and there you have it!
