La vista di Carignano da Castelletto.
Qualche settimana fa, quando per qualche settimana eravamo in zona gialla, ho fatto una bella passeggiata sulle alture del quartiere di Castelletto (a Genova) e ho scattato moltissime foto dai tanti belvedere sulla città che si incontrano percorrendo Corso Firenze.
Come in questa foto nella quale, quasi al tramonto, si vede molto bene la cupola e le due torri campanarie della Basilica di Carignano ed anche la bella bandiera crociata posta sulla Torre Grimaldina (vicino a Palazzo Ducale).

The church, which stands out with its harmonious mass at the top of the Carignano hill, is one of the most famous Genoese works by Galeazzo Alessi and one of the greatest examples of Renaissance architecture in the city. The sculptures by Pierre Puget and Filippo Parodi contained within it are among the greatest masterpieces of the Genoese Baroque.
