White and green tagliatelle with meat sauce.
When we prepare ravioli at my house, the ones my mother usually makes for Christmas, we use the leftover pasta to make tagliatelle.
As you can see, the pasta is a little white and a little green because it is colored by the ravioli filling.
Tagliatelle then seasoned with the equally good meat sauce, always the one cooked by my mother, we almost reach the pinnacle of pleasure!
