In this shot, taken from one of the many viewpoints of Corso Firenze, you can see (in addition to the roofs of the many houses in the historic center) the dome of one of the oldest churches in Genoa: San Siro.

The Basilica of San Siro, one of the oldest churches in Genoa, Liguria, is a Catholic place of worship located in the street of the same name, in the Maddalena district. Built according to tradition in the 4th century, it was initially dedicated to the Twelve Apostles; the holy bishop Siro was buried there and it became the first cathedral of Genoa.
