I ravioli al ragù di casa mia.
A casa mia, almeno per Natale e Pasqua, non mancano mai i ravioli di verdura fatti a mano dalla mia mamma.
I ravioli fatti nella maniera della Liguria di Levante (cioè magri) con qualche erba selvatica, se la si trova, ed un pochino di ricotta.
Conditi, ovviamente, con il ragù di carne (che in casa mia è quasi fatto come il classico “tuccu” genovese).
