The plaque in Moneglia in memory of Meloria

The plaque in Moneglia in memory of the victory of the battle of Meloria.
When visiting the beautiful seaside village of Moneglia, you cannot miss a visit to the church of Santa Croce, on the outside of which stands this beautiful plaque (which is perhaps a bas-relief) with two links of a chain next to it.

If you have any questions or anecdotes about the tombstone or the battle of Meloria, add a comment. comment or go to the bottom of the site to read what other visitors have written.
