The Crucifix and the tomb of San Davino in San Michele in Foro in Lucca.
Inside the most central church in Lucca (which is not its cathedral) there is this beautiful wooden crucifix placed on the tomb of San Davino Armeno, a saint who according to legend did not want to abandon the Tuscan city.

Sarebbe interessante saperne qualcosa di più su quel crocifisso, che a prima vista sembrerebbe di origine bizantina.

Ciao, sul crocifisso di Lucca ho fatto indagini e ho appreso che i crocifissi fatti in Lucchesia venivano realizzati vestiti, quindi probabilmente è stato costruito in zona.
