The historic Torriglia Palace in Mazzini's square in Chiavari.
Almost by chance, while searching for something else, I discovered the name of this building that overlooks the beautiful Piazza Mazzini.
From what I think I understood, the building is made up of the two taller buildings joined by the lower one with the archivolt.

On the ground floor there was the post office where Garibaldi and Manzoni also slept. In this building there were works of art from Genoa, Naples and Venice.

Purtroppo al suo interno non è molto ben tenuto.
Se non sbaglio infatti solo dal palazzo a sinistra si accede al terrazzo
