Supertree a Singapore.
Uno dei punti da visitare a Singapore e’ il parco Gardens on the Bay all’interno del quale, tra le molte cose, ci sono questi straordinari e famosissimi super-alberi (Supertree).
E’ la seconda foto che pubblico, questa vola in bianco e nero.

The city-state of Singapore has over 4,300 completed skyscrapers, most of which are located in the heart of the city. There are 64 skyscrapers in the city with a height of over 140 metres (459 ft). Three buildings share the title of tallest building in Singapore: United Overseas Bank Plaza One, Republic Plaza, and One Raffles Place (formerly Overseas Union Bank Centre).

Ulivi e reti

Ulivi e reti.
Anche se la stagione delle olive è praticamente finita, o sta proprio finendo ora, ci sono ancora molti boschi con ulivi e reti ancora sono li per essere fotografati. Come oggi pomeriggio che complice la bella giornata di sole, meno fredda di ieri (grazie al vento che è calato decisamente).

Ettari di alberi di mango

Ettari di alberi di mango.
La foto forse non rende benissimo (perché scattata dal treno in movimento) ma vi assicuro che per chilometri e chilometri ci sono frutteti di mango rossi. Se notate sulle piante ci sono dei sacchetti bianchi che mi hanno spiegato che servono a proteggere i frutti dall’eccessivo calore che qui, nel Sud dell’isola di Taiwan, può essere veramente eccessivo.

Abetaia.
Il bel tempo non è ancora arrivato e quindi non è ancora così rinfrescante fermarsi in un bosco di abeti ma ieri ci siamo fermati vicino a Carrodano a mangiare e lì c’era questa splendida abetaia e non potevo esimermi dal fotografarla.
