The view of Carignano from Castelletto.
A few weeks ago, when we were in the yellow zone for a few weeks, I took a nice walk on the heights of the Castelletto district (in Genoa) and took lots of photos from the many viewpoints of the city that you come across along Corso Firenze.
Like in this photo in which, almost at sunset, you can clearly see the dome and the two bell towers of the Basilica of Carignano and also the beautiful crusader flag placed on the Grimaldina Tower (near Palazzo Ducale).

The church, which stands out with its harmonious mass at the top of the Carignano hill, is one of the most famous Genoese works by Galeazzo Alessi and one of the greatest examples of Renaissance architecture in the city. The sculptures by Pierre Puget and Filippo Parodi contained within it are among the greatest masterpieces of the Genoese Baroque.
