A Vietnamese dish: Bun Cha Hanoi

Bun Cha Hanoi

A Vietnamese dish: Bun Cha Hanoi.
One of the most famous dishes of Vietnamese cuisine, especially typical of the city of Hanoi.
I am a very picky eater, but I have to say that I found many dishes to my taste on this trip to Vietnam.
Obviously, since I don't like spicy food, I had some difficulty, but at least the soups are almost always prepared in a non-spicy way and then you add the chili pepper.
This is the case with this dish: grilled pork with vegetable broth (and a lot of glutamate). Aside from the vermicelli (rice noodles) and various herbs to add to the dish as desired (in addition to the chili pepper, of course).
Really very tasty!
