I am always fascinated and especially greedy for shellfish. Scampi, shrimp, prawns, lobsters... and as you will see on my website there are already many photos of dishes with this type of "fish".
But what difference (apart from the prices) are there between gold? I really wouldn't know what to answer. I searched online and found this post, on uncome.it which at least talks about the difference between scampi and shrimp (which was perhaps the only one I could understand too!).
