Chocolate cannoli.
A splendid showcase of a bar that certainly encourages you to be greedy:
a cabaret of chocolate cannoli (we call them cannoli even if I believe that the only cannolo is the Sicilian one).
Did I make your mouth water? My mouth did!

If instead you want to see a good recipe, as in many other cases, I refer you to the excellent giallozafferano.it which always has a page for almost all types of food, including desserts.

Some cream brioches ready for breakfast.
Is there a sweeter way to start the day? I would say a nice and good brioche (Italian croissant) with custard!

Crema Catalana: a dessert from Spain.
A dessert originally from Spain, crema Catalana has now become a classic in restaurants and pizzerias in Italy.
Simple to make and good to taste. Creamy on the inside and crunchy on the surface.
This was from the pizzeria I Gabbiani in Casarza Ligure.
In the photo you can also see the light flame that, thanks to a little alcohol, served to caramelize the sugar, a must for this dish!
