Strawberry Jam Tart.
This is the dessert that the home cook always turns out very well.
I like it with strawberry jam (also homemade) but, since the other members of the family also like other jams, you can notice a different color below due to another flavor.
I like it very much both for breakfast and as a dessert after eating.

The crostata is a typical Italian dessert made of a shortcrust pastry base covered with jam, cream or fresh fruit, with the addition of thin intertwined strips of shortcrust pastry. Similar desserts are widespread throughout Europe.
The most common toppings for the tart, in addition to jam, are custard, ricotta and chocolate cream such as Nutella. It is a dessert typically consumed during an Italian breakfast, prepared at home.

The title is due to that advertisement for frozen products that every time I see it I think of how my mother cooks, other than frozen. Here is an example almost live: three splendid cakes prepared this morning to celebrate dad's birthday!

I had already posted a similar post some time ago (here) but the photo was a bit out of the current standard.
