Where is the fountain located:
The monumental fountain in Piazza Dante dates back to 1740 and is also known as the “Triton Fountain”, for the statue of Neptune that overlooks the basin. It is the work of the architect and sculptor Gian Battista Caniana and was originally placed at the center of the structures that made up the Bergamo Fair.
