Greek Octopus Salad.
My most recent photos of succulent dishes have as their main subject fish and, in particular, octopus.
A few days ago, in Santorini in Greece, I was able to appreciate one of the most famous dishes: a salad with octopus.
Obviously there was lettuce, onion, tomatoes and octopus (stew). All seasoned with a drizzle of oil and a few drops of vinegar. Without forgetting a sprinkling of oregano.
