The head with bat wings of the fountain in Piazza Matteotti in Sestri Levante.
In Piazza Matteotti in Sestri, right in front of the Town Hall, there is this small fountain (or perhaps it is better to call it a barchile) that I only recently looked at carefully and photographed.
On each side there are monstrous heads depicted with bat wings on the sides.
