The porticos of Piazza Caprera in Santa Margherita Ligure.
The beautiful Piazza Caprera in Santa, where the church of the Madonna della Rosa stands, completes the churchyard with these beautiful porticos painted and frescoed with these floral and geometric motifs.
I must say that I have never visited the coastal town carefully, but like almost all Ligurian villages, it has hidden and splendid views.

A beautiful little square that I had never seen in the previous times I had been in the splendid Santa.
The square is the churchyard of the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Rosa (Parish of Santa Margherita d’Antiochia).

The sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rose in Santa Margherita.
A beautiful church, or rather Basilica, right in the center of Santa Margherita Ligure.
I had never seen it; only several months ago, when friends and I took a nice walk from Santa to Portofino, I saw it and photographed it.
