La Abbazia di Santo Stefano a Genova.
Questa chiesa è nel cuore della Genova laboriosa; in pieno centro sopra a via XX Settembre.
E’ sufficiente, all’altezza del Ponte Monumentale, salire qualche gradino e si arriva su questa terrazza con da un lato la splendida chiesa e dall’altro i bei palazzi nobiliari di via Venti.

The church of Santo Stefano (or abbey of Santo Stefano) is one of the most famous Christian places of worship in Genoa, and its parish community is part of the Vicariate of Carignano – Foce of the archdiocese of Genoa. Situated on a hill overlooking the central Via XX Settembre, it was one of the most significant examples of Romanesque architecture in the Ligurian capital. Christopher Columbus was baptized in this church and it is believed that the young Balilla was also baptized.

Santo Stefano del Ponte a Sestri Levante.
Tutte le volte che faccio la camminata col cane a Villa Staffora, a Sestri Levante, non posso esimermi dal fotografare la bella chiesa di Santo Stefano del Ponte.
Questa immagine in hdr con anche il piccolo residence (Villa Durazzo-Solari-Serlupi, ora hiamata Villa Rimassa) che sta ai suoi piedi è un luogo splendido, non trovate?

Santo Stefano d’Aveto, the ski resort in the hinterland.
On Saturday I finally went to Santo Stefano.
Unfortunately an electrical problem with the car made me want to go home quickly without the possibility of taking some photos in the village.

There was really a lot of snow in Rocca d'Aveto!!!
However, I went to the start of the ski lifts and took a couple of photos.

Where is this location:

The municipality is located in the Aveto valley, near the Aveto river, in an alpine basin dominated by the summit of Mount Maggiorasca (1,809 m) and Mount Bue (1,775 m). Situated at 1,012 m above sea level to the east of Genoa. From the town and the various hamlets, various naturalistic excursions are possible towards Mount Groppo Rosso (1,592 m), Mount Roncalla (1,658 m), Maggiorasca (1,804 m), Mount Penna (1,735 m) – reachable from the town of Casoni – and Mount Aiona (1,702 m); the latter can be reached from the hamlet of Amborzasco. Its territory is part of the Aveto Regional Natural Park.
