Testaieu with pesto enjoyed at the Turin restaurant in Sestri Levante.
Every now and then, when I'm in the center of Sestri with my friends, and the aperitif lasts until late, we often stop to eat something in the center and we often choose the Turin restaurant (here is the review on TripAdvisor) to eat something on the fly.
One of my favorite dishes is the testarolo (testaieu in Genoese) with pesto and a sprinkling of grated parmesan.
