Potrebbe non essere la più bella della Thailandia però è già un buon inizio. Non sapendo bene dove andare oggi abbiamo deciso di stare in zona albergo e rilassarci al sole della spiaggia più commerciale di Koh Samui anche se di sole poche tracce.
Dream beaches: Fokos Beach in Mykonos.
Yet another of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos, Greece: Fokos. It is not easy to reach and there are very few signs. The road is unpaved and there are no deckchairs or umbrellas. But it is truly heavenly and if you go there early in the morning you can even hope to be the only ones on the beach.

Little Venice in Mykonos.
The most characteristic neighborhood of Mykonos is Little Venice. Located just below the famous windmills, it is a collection of houses, restaurants and bars that lean directly onto the sea. In fact, with rough seas, the tables closest to the water cannot be used.

Where is Mykonos located:
Mykonos or Micono (in Greek Μύκονος) is a Greek island of the Cyclades, located near Tinos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. It has an area of 86 km² and its highest point reaches 341 m above sea level. At the 2001 census it had 9320 inhabitants, mostly living in the city of Mykonos (also known as Chora), which is located on the western coast. From an administrative point of view, the island is part of the periphery of the Southern Aegean and consists of the only municipality of Mykonos, whose territory also extends to the nearby islands of Delos, Rineia as well as numerous uninhabited islets, for a total of 105.2 km² of surface.

Little Venice in Mykonos seen from the windmills.
While waiting for when I return home and can flood you with photos taken with the camera, you will have to settle for those taken with the iPhone which are not bad anyway.
I took this one yesterday evening, just before sunset, from the windmill area of Mykonos and it shows you the area called Little Venice. Beautiful, isn't it?

Difficile da trovare un mare blu come qui ai Caraibi!!!!
Peccato che spesso lo veda solo dalla nave. Se non ricordo male questa foto l’ho scattata con la nave ancorata in porto in Giamaica.
