Un tratto della costa nel comune di Zoagli in Liguria. Qualche tempo fa, percorrendo la via Aurelia, nei pressi di Zoagli ho deciso di percorrere una strada che ho sempre visto passando poco prima dell’ultima galleria prima del borgo (venendo da Rapallo). La via si chiama via Castellaro e, immagino, fosse dove si passasse prima della costruzione del tunnel stradale. Purtroppo era interrotta da alcuni lavori per cui, per arrivare al punto più panoramico, sono dovuto tornare in strada, percorrere il tunnel e riprendere la via lato Zoagli. Quando la strada si interrompe (per i suddetti lavori) la vista della costa era veramente spettacolare!

Qualche tempo fa, percorrendo la via Aurelia per recarmi a Genova, ho scattato diverse foto dei borghi della Riviera ligure di Levante ed oggi vi volglio perlare di Camogli. The rock called Scalo Demola in Pieve Ligure Every time I traveled along the Via Aurelia on my way back from Genoa last summer, I stopped for a moment at this panoramic point just before Pieve Ligure. On one side of this little cove there is this rock with a terrace full of people sunbathing and some, the younger ones, diving into the sea from the rocks. I only discovered while looking for information for this post that that point is called Scalo Demola and is one of the few points in that town to reach the sea.

The Ghio Castle formerly Ripamare Castle in Lavagna Travelling along the Via Aurelia, I had already noticed this fortification near the Tigullio Park for a long time, just before arriving in the city of Lavagna. It is a defensive tower from the mid-16th century that dominates the entire coast.

Una bella villa sull’Aurelia tra Sestri Levante e Riva Trigoso. Tutte le volte che passo in via Aurelia, spesso quando faggio due passi con il cane, vedo sempre questa bella villa e mi chiedo sempre se sia una costruzione storica e chi l’abbia costruita. Poco prima c’e’ una specie di casale che io mi immagino (forse erroneamente) che fosse la dependance di questa villa.
